Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist in daily oversight and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

You will supervise team members to ensure a welcoming environment, supervise food and product quality to brand standards, and assist with opening/closing tasks while supporting store goals and labor cost targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations in the absence of the General Manager and ensures policy adherence.
• Ensures customers feel welcome; team members are responsive and service-oriented.
• Maintains brand standards for food/service quality and presentation.
• Assists in opening/closing tasks and preparation lists.
• Leads by example with hands-on food prep and customer service during shifts.
• Supports sales/service objectives and maintains a clean, safe facility.
