Job summary

Domino's Pizza team Washington, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, and food quality, while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards.

You will lead a shift, assist in scheduling, ensure brand standards are met, train staff, and provide exceptional service to guests, while maintaining labor and food cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are responsive, courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service according to brand standards.
• Assist in opening, closing, and prep tasks as needed.
• Lead by example during busy periods and manage deliveries.
• Train employees to meet sales, service, quality and cleanliness goals.
• Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in where needed to ensure customer service standards.
• Confirm correct product counts, conditions and deliveries meet brand standards.
• Identify labor and food cost opportunities and act to optimize results.
• Assist in scheduling labor based on activity and ensure staffing levels.
• Maintain HR policy knowledge and provide feedback to managers.
• Keep up with industry publications and trainings to stay informed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
