Domino's Pizza in the Washington DC area is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and food quality.

You will supervise the team, ensure brand standards, handle opening/closing, scheduling, training, and contribute to a positive work environment while maintaining cash control and ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and supervise daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team members are responsive and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service according to brand standards.
• Assist in opening, closing, and preparation lists.
• Manage labor and scheduling to meet business activity and labor cost objectives.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and protect confidentiality per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
