Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team members are responsive and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing and preparation lists.
• Actively manage staff by hands-on food prep, customer service and deliveries coordination.
• Support sales, service, quality and cleanliness through training and leadership.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in as needed to maintain customer service standards and efficient operations.
• Assist in product management and deliveries in line with brand standards.
• Identify labor or food cost and take actions to optimize costs.
• Assist in labor scheduling to meet activity and staffing needs.
• Maintain HR policy knowledge and provide feedback to managers.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
