Job summary

Domino's Pizza in the Washington DC area is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality and sanitation.

You will supervise staff, ensure brand standards, assist with opening/closing, manage labor and deliveries, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Maintain food quality and brand standards in portioning and presentation.
• Assist with opening, closing, and preparation lists.
• Supervise staff during service and coordinate deliveries.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Support scheduling to meet business activity and labor cost objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and confidentiality where required.
