Job summary

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring accurate cash handling, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash register procedures and banking.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Knowledge of merchandising and visual display.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with budgeted sales and expenses.
• Operate cash register and handle cash, checks, and returns.
• Perform banking procedures including reconciliations.
• Train and supervise store employees.
• Display excellent customer service.
• Maintain store safety, housekeeping, and security.
• Stock, display, and inventory duties.
• Process merchandise orders and coordinate transportation.
• Work a flexible schedule.
• Follow dress code and set professional example.

• Provide own transportation and maintain liability insurance.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
