Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking a Keyholder Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in Kettering, OH. You will support the Store Manager, manage cash handling, deposits, and banking tasks, and uphold policy-compliant housekeeping and safety standards.

You will train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage stocking and merchandising, and coordinate ordering and transportation requests while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash-handling procedures and banking basics.
• Experience with stocking, merchandising, and display.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with budgeted sales and expense monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of store employees and volunteers in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Assist in managing budgeted sales and expenses to revenue.
• Operate cash register with accuracy and proper handling of cash and payments.
• Perform banking procedures, reconciliation, and deposits.
• Train and supervise staff in retail procedures and customer service.
• Ensure store safety, housekeeping, and policy adherence.
• Perform stocking, displaying, and inventory tasks.
• Coordinate merchandise ordering and transportation requests.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
