Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to manage the daily operations of donated merchandise in accordance with established business practices as mandated by the Agency’s policies, procedures and budget projections in an assistant role.

Starting salary is $23.44/Hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, and the RISE program for career growth through training and support for life's challenges.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• Associates Degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience with 12+ employees in retail/related fields.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise per policies and budget.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain store records.
• Conduct monthly meetings and attend trainings.
• Adhere to safety policies and SOPs.
