Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day store activities and drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervises day-to-day store operations and coordinates staff scheduling.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Communicates company strategy and core values to the team.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring store personnel.
• Ensures inventory procedures, cash controls, and product signage are maintained.
• Addresses customer concerns and escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assists with payroll, budget, and loss prevention goals.
