Domino’s Pizza in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking an assistant manager to help oversee daily operations, drive customer service, and support management in achieving sales and quality goals. You will supervise food preparation, scheduling, and staff development while ensuring brand standards and a welcoming store environment.

This role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, training, cash handling, and coordination with General and Regional Managers to maintain service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager and ensure adherence to policies.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and that team members are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and serving according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing and preparation lists.
• Manage labor by scheduling and controlling costs while meeting staffing needs.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional knowledge; participate in training.
