Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Washington DC is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in daily oversight and coordination of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, and food quality. You will help ensure brand standards, supervise staff, manage deliveries, and support scheduling while maintaining a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills, with experience in POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and provide direction to front-line staff.
• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Proficiency with entering orders and processing payments using a computer or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are responsive, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to meet brand standards and quality.
• Assist in opening/closing tasks and coordinating deliveries.
• Manage labor to balance business activity with labor cost objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation and ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.
