Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Washington, DC metro area franchise to assist in daily oversight of sales, costs, customer service, and food quality. You will supervise team members, handle opening/closing tasks, and coordinate deliveries while ensuring brand standards and sanitation practices are followed.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing labor, cash handling, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food and product preparation to brand standards and portioning.
• Assist with opening, closing and prep lists.
• Lead on-duty team through service and deliveries.
• Support sales, service, quality and cleanliness objectives.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Assist with labor scheduling and staffing as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to guidelines.
