Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Provide welcoming service; ensure staff are courteous, responsive and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to brand standards, including portions and image.
• Assist with opening, closing and preparation lists; manage deliveries.
• Support labor scheduling and cost control while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
