Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Washington DC area seeks an on-site supervisor to assist in daily oversight and execution of store objectives. You will help manage sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and food quality while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.

Role requires hands-on leadership, cash handling discipline, and ability to train staff. You will coordinate schedules, deliveries, and ensure brand standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers.
• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; take orders over counter or phone.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team members are friendly and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and serving according to standards, including portioning and image.
• Assist in opening/closing tasks and coordinate deliveries and labor.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures and monitor labor costs.
• Support store objectives in sales, service, quality, and cleanliness through training.
• Provide recommendations to General and Regional Managers; maintain confidentiality.
