Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter customer information accurately into the POS system.
• Process purchases, returns, or exchanges at the POS.
• Answer calls and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Identify customer requirements by engaging with customers and others.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating to a manager when needed.
• Assist with sizing for deployments as applicable.
• Fulfill back orders and prepare orders for pickup.
• Receive and verify inventory and maintain organized stock areas.
• Ship orders and store transfers in the system.
