Job summary

IFB Solutions is seeking a customer-focused store associate in Pointville, NJ. You will assist customers with merchandise and deployment needs, uphold the BSC brand, and maintain service standards across the sales floor.

Responsibilities include processing checkout transactions, handling returns/exchanges, and greeting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor. Training will be provided, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow established work and safety procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer information into the POS system accurately.
• Operate POS for checkout, returns or exchanges.
• Greet customers and determine shopping needs with a courteous attitude.
• Identify customer requirements by engaging with customers and others.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating to a manager when needed.
• Assist with sizing for deployments where applicable.
