Job summary

IFB Solutions is seeking a BSC Store Operations Level 4 Drive Fed/Academic to assist customers, support store operations, and uphold the BSC brand while delivering products with excellent service. The role requires flexibility to float between six locations in the DC/Annapolis area, primarily serving the US Naval Academy.

Responsibilities include POS entry, checkout operations, answering calls, identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and delivering products safely between stores,

Qualifications

• Must work professionally as part of a team with other store employees.
• Must be able to comprehend and perform duties using established work and safety procedures.
• Must perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workloads.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Appearance must be neat, clean and in adherence to the company’s dress code policy.
• Must have a Real ID.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter all customer information into the POS system.
• Operate POS system to check out purchases, returns or exchanges.
• Answer telephone calls and welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Identify customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and current customers.
• Resolve customer issues, seeking assistance from a manager if needed.
• Safely transport products to and from the store, warehouse, and customer locations.
• Load and unload merchandise for delivery and ensure timely delivery.
