Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LMS or digital learning platform, including content uploads and user access.
• Coordinate translations/localization of learning content across languages and markets.
• Plan and execute organized projects with publishing, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Learn new tools quickly and independently solve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate logistics for conferences and shipping with carriers such as FedEx and DHL.
• Support holiday contests and incentives including PO management and shipping.
• Spend 2-3 days/week in warehouse/mail/copy center to prepare shipments and move materials.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Operations Specialist. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to support our international store operations teams. Based in Columbus, this hybrid position (Tuesday-Thursday onsite) provides the perfect balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Learning & LMS Experience: Administer and maintain our LMS or digital learning platform, including content uploads, organization, user access, publishing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform upkeep.
• Localization & Global Content Management: Coordinate translations/localization of digital learning and video content, ensuring accuracy across multiple languages and markets.
• Project Management: Execute highly organized and detail-oriented projects, managing recurring publishing, communications, reporting, data accuracy, and multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable Problem Solver: Learn new tools and processes quickly, troubleshoot issues, and independently find solutions. Be resourceful, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Partner Conference Prep Work: Coordinate logistics for conferences, including organizing shipping and working with FedEx & DHL.
• Contest & Incentives Support: Coordinate purchase orders, translation, printing, and shipping for holiday contests and incentives.
• Physical Requirements: Spend up to 2-3 days/week in the warehouse, mail center, and copy center packing shipments and ensuring deliveries are packaged correctly. Ability to lift 25lbs and move materials with a hand trolley.
