Job description

Fulfillment Operations Manager

Location: Groveport, OH. Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift, weekend shifts may be required. No visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of working hours and meet financial projections for the team.
• Consistently review operations and recommend and implement improvements as approved by upper management.
• Give directions for shift operational flow, flex resources to meet all area requirements at the lowest cost.
• Direct supervisory staff to maintain proper staffing levels per budget and departmental demands, including interviewing, training, and discipline processes.
• Drive efficiency in operations by continuously improving current processes and practices.
• Develop, support, and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations.
• Maintain an atmosphere that fosters teamwork, effective communications, clear and fair metrics, consistent policy administration, and great customer service.
• Create and maintain departmental spreadsheets of performance, cost per piece, and accuracy.
• Promote a safe working environment and report all incidents and injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Successfully used data to support decisions and drive success in responsible areas.
• Prior 3PL operations experience.
• Prior B2B wholesale experience.

Physical Work Environment

• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules.
• Ability to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25‑30 lbs. on occasion.
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
