Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the store management team on assigned shifts, handling customer service, food service, and promotional activities.

You will train and direct the customer service representatives, ensure adherence to company policies, and support inventory control, merchandising, and safety protocols across the shift. This on-site role requires flexibility with hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Ability to work on different shifts (a.m./p.m./overnight).
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and food service during assigned shift.
