Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management with cash handling and prep for business day.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and basic store upkeep.
