Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines and manage daily store operations.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom with focus on customer service.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.

• Maintain visual displays and analyze sales data for decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
