You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and ensure top‑notch customer service while driving efficient processes. You will recruit, train, and engage team members, manage staffing and payroll, and use product knowledge and visual merchandising to grow sales and protect assets.

• Experience leading store teams to meet sales goals.
