Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory or relevant customer-facing experience.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom; ensure customer service and operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness; drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
