Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor to oversee operations in our Nashville, TN location. You will lead salesfloor and stockroom activities, manage staffing and payroll, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting brand standards.

You will develop non-management staff, manage inventories, and drive sales through product knowledge and visual merchandising. This role requires initiative and a proactive, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring customer service & smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
