Qualifications

• Full-Time Position
• College degree preferred or related field experience
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge in driving sales, business acumen, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks, including receiving shipment and maintaining store cleanliness
• Ability to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Staffing, coaching, counseling, training, and development

Responsibilities

• Drive financial growth by achieving sales and KPI goals
• Exceed store EBITDA budget by managing payroll, supplies, and facilities
• Coach and develop staff to exceed goals
• Recruit, hire, train, and build a talent pipeline
• Address performance issues using company tools
• Deliver extraordinary customer service through the store team
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Communicate customer, market, and product feedback
• Achieve operational objectives for loss prevention, health, and safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
