Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review project plans for completeness and sustainability.
• Approve Atlanta SSC projects and participate in SOAR process.
• Manage projects with milestones, metrics, training, and Playbook.
• Be a key team member in project/initiative implementation planning.
• Provide implementation feedback to project owners for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular guidance to ROMs and weekly updates to Ps and RVPs.
• Serve as liaison between SSC, field leadership and stores.
• Present updates at President’s meetings and operational calls.
