Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a senior professional to manage store operations processes across designated areas and drive major process-improvement initiatives in partnership with the Operations Strategy Team. You will oversee projects, maintain project plans, and proactively address field needs while coordinating with stores to deliver measurable value.

Candidates should bring 5+ years of retail or process-management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum years: 5 years of work experience.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and field.
• Develop and implement changes to improve store operations processes and add value.
• Lead store operations projects and process improvements.
• Manage day-to-day processes and create/maintain project plans.
• Address issues and roadblocks within area of responsibility.
• Communicate effectively and build partnerships with field/stores.
• Provide guidance and training on area of expertise.
• Maintain knowledge base on specific operations and processes.
