Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store employees and ensure compliant staffing levels.
• Provide training, conduct performance reviews and address coaching or termination as needed.
• Recommend pay rates and career advancement opportunities.
• Communicate expectations and coordinate meetings to enforce safety and policies.
• Open and close the store as required each day.
• Monitor operating statements and manage inventory to meet in-stock targets.
