Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, staff scheduling, and performance management. You will recruit, train, and evaluate employees while ensuring policies are followed and customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, opening/closing, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail management experience is valued; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma strongly preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in daily operations and scheduling.
• Hire, train and evaluate employees; enforce policies and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels, shrink, and security.
• Ensure strict cash handling controls and adherence to bank procedures.
