Job summary

Responsibilities include optimizing schedules, evaluating performance, implementing company policies, and ensuring store opening/closing procedures are followed with integrity. Strong communication and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop store staff.
