Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail setting. You will supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and train non-management staff while delivering best-in-class customer service and strong brand knowledge.

The role emphasizes visual merchandising, data-informed decision making, and protecting store assets. You’ll lead by example, represent the brand, and contribute to the company culture daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
