Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will blend business strategy with store operations, drive sales through customer service, and lead by example on the sales floor.

You’ll oversee opening/closing, staffing, and training while building visuals and knowledge of our brand. A Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience and a passion for fashion are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines and manage daily operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure service and efficiency.
• Schedule staffing and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
