Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Greenwood Park Mall is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership.

You will drive sales through analyzing performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily store routines. You’ll supervise sales floor and stockroom, train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, maintain visual displays, and ensure accurate Omni-channel orders while upholding the brand’s culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
