Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. You will drive sales through analytical insight, deliver best-in-class customer service, and lead daily store operations.

You will supervise staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, and development of non-management staff, while ensuring product knowledge, visual displays, and brand standards. You will also protect assets and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
