Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide store operations, sales strategy, and people leadership. This role drives customer service excellence while overseeing daily routines and store processes.

You’ll lead opening/closing, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and train staff. You'll showcase product knowledge, maintain visual displays, and ensure Omni Channel order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management responsibilities.
• Train and develop non-management staff; provide product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Build visual displays and analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Protect store assets and control inventory; represent the brand and values.
