Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; staff the store effectively.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and presentation of merchandise.
• Maintain store security, cash controls and safety policies.
• Open and close the store, manage daily store operations and staffing.
