Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
CBC and firearms safety training requirements for applicable facilities.
Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door trainings).
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved with strong customer service and operations.
Promote a culture of belonging, hire/train/mentor associates, and manage staffing needs.
Maintain compliance with company policies and ethics; support Open Door policy and store processes.
