Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leader in El Paso, TX to guide store operations, train and mentor associates, and drive customer satisfaction through the One Best Way service model.

You will supervise hourly associates, manage budgets, and implement action plans to improve performance while upholding Walmart values and integrity. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: B.S. in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams through training, feedback, and open communication.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store customer initiatives.
• Drives store financial performance by monitoring PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervises hourly associates, assigns duties, sets expectations, and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics, supports Open Door policy, and drives continuous improvement.
