Dollar Tree in Bluffton, SC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development.

You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, train associates, handle payroll and scheduling, and help ensure loss prevention and policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
