Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Bluffton location. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, and help ensure a well-stocked, clean store while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, payroll records, and loss prevention, while helping to train and develop store associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or related environment preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
