Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop a high-performing team in the Belleville area. You will coach associates, manage budgets, and drive customer-centric initiatives while aligning with OBW standards.

Formación

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership and related certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback to improve performance.
• Drive store profitability by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues following Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) model.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business solutions and change initiatives.
