• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership; 5+ direct reports experience including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching to align with store operations.
• Drive store sales and manage P&L, budgeting, and expenses to meet profit goals.
• Supervise hourly associates, set clear expectations, recognize performance, and develop staffing to support growth.
• Oversee job-related activities with stakeholders, track goals, and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity; foster a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Promote and implement customer service initiatives and community engagement programs.
