Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and functions.
• Support store associates with customer questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Help organize merchandise and stock transitions from delivery to sales floor.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling processes.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash and store equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Help train and develop Store Associates and foster a respectful environment.
