Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and store communications, including audits and policy updates.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and protect company assets, including cash.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates; ensure safety and professional conduct.
• Keep store areas neat, safe, and presentable; uphold store policies.
