Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a-capable leader to oversee store operations, including people management, stock, and customer experience. You’ll support the Operations Manager and may assume additional duties in their absence.

You’ll lead a team to maintain merchandising standards, asset protection, and training while adapting to omni-channel retail demands and ensuring premium store service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in omni-channel retail.
• Initiates completion of tasks without necessary supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and decision making.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per policy.
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Executes visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to support customer experience.
