Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States seeks a Task Associate to support daily store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked and the store remains clean to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals, follow procedures, and participate in ongoing training. A high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience preferred; must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, tablets, or smartphones).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock merchandise; complete inventory procedures.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and dress code; assist with shipments and resets.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets through loss prevention practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
