Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and drive guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks while supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow procedures. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Competitive hourly pay with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred (or equivalent)
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices) and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and store cleanliness to support sales goals.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures.
• Process shipments and replenishments using Ulta Beauty systems and best practices.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect assets and provide exceptional guest service while following loss prevention guidelines.
