Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks, inventory, and planograms while upholding company standards.

The role requires basic tech skills, the ability to work independently or with a team, and flexibility to cover early morning, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipment and replenishment processes, and inventories.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
