Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure merchandise is stocked, and maintain cleanliness to deliver a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, teamwork, and flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong attention to detail is essential. Candidates will work with POS systems and basic technology to assist guests and complete tasks.

Competenze

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
